E S Hartley Ltd are a young dynamic family business with dealerships in both the UK and Spain. Due to internal promotions and soon to be announced expansion we are now looking to recruit an experienced Motorhome Sales Specialist to join our team at Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
Previous motorhome and caravan experience would be an advantage but consideration will be given to experienced candidates from the automotive and leisure sales industry. Candidates should be self-motivated, possessing excellent communication and customer handling skills along with a professional but friendly attitude.
The successful applicant will be required to achieve sales targets in excess of 80 units per annum, be smart in appearance and capable of delivering excellent customer service. Product knowledge will be developed through in house training and manufacturer events.
Weekend work is mandatory throughout the year as is attendance at trade shows and events. We offer excellent career prospects and superb working conditions at our modern motorhome sales centres.
A full UK Driving Licence and your own transport is required for this position.
A basic salary of £20000 along with an industry leading open ended commission and bonus package will give an OTE well in excess of £55000 along with fantastic career prospects for the successful applicant.

Service & Parts Advisor

E S Hartley Ltd are a dynamic family owned motorhome dealership, currently looking to recruit an Experienced Service Advisor to look after our customer reception at our dealerships at Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager the successful candidates should be self-motivated, possessing excellent communication and customer handling skills with a professional but friendly attitude and an eye for detail.
Duties will include:
- Dealing and handling of Customer’s service requirements providing the highest level of customer
- Working closely with the workshop controller to ensure an efficient throughput.
- Liaising with the sales team to ensure all sold vehicles are prepared and ready for handover and collection on time.
- Ensure that all accessories and parts are correctly ordered on time and processed through our computerised system.
- Processing of parts warranty claims.
- Managing stock levels.
- Answering Phone calls and responding to emails.
The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate experience within the roll, work well as part of a team and have a Full UK Driving Licence.
This role offers a generous performance related bonus along with seasonal sales incentives.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position working Monday - Friday 08.45 - 17.30

Experienced Motorhome & Caravan Technician

Due to recent changes and the continued success of our service centres we are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Motorhome Engineer at our busy site located in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
The right candidate must be able to work well within a team, coach &motivate team members and demonstrate a comprehensive technical understanding of the motorhome or caravan industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-years experience within the leisure industry.
- Experience working with gas/240v and water.
- an understanding of water ingress and subsequent repair methods.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interact well with customers and staff members as and when required.
- Hardworking, punctual, reliable, ability to use own initiative.
- Able to work as part of a team and to offer coaching to less experienced members.
- Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work with a high standard.
- Positive attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Habitation Inspection and repairs
- Woodwork – Internal repairs
- Gas Repairs and installation
- 12v and 230-volt repairs and installation
- Heating system diagnosis and repairs
- Fitting of accessories: Bike Racks, Awnings, TV aerials and Solar Panels
- Electrical diagnosis and repairs
- Warranty diagnosis and repairs

Based at our dealership at Ings near Kendal, the successful applicants will ideally have experience or interest in motorhomes and caravans. Ideally, you will have a good working knowledge of Gas,12v/240v and water.
Daily duties will include working along side our existing team by carrying out service and repair work on our customers motorhomes and caravans. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of pressure and remain professional at all times.
A competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience, we also require you to hold a full UK driving licence.
Pay: £24500.00-£27000.00 per year

E S Hartley Ltd are a dynamic family owned motorhome dealership, currently looking to recruit an eCommerce Parts Advisor for our Leisure Spares Department based at our Ings, Kendal Branch.
Ideally we are looking for someone with knowledge of the motorhome, campervan and caravan industry or someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade but consideration will be given to self-motivated enthusiastic candidates with a willingness to adapt and learn.
The successful applicant should be proactive, sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of service as well as having a good level of IT literacy and understanding. You must have excellent communication & organisational skills whilst working well in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving licence is also required.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17.30.
Salary: Up to £20,000.00 per annum depending on experience, plus Monthly Sales Related Bonus.
